Found injectors.. will they fit?

I found some Nippon Denso 550cc injectors with low impedence. These should be the same as the rx7 injectors, correct? Cuz i need 550cc injectors ASAP and these are new and clean. Will they fit the stock fuel rail like the rx7 turbo II injectors?
