found cheap 225/50/17 work on s14?

i found some barely used 225/50/17 for dirt cheap...my question is will they work on my S14....what will they look like(pics please) could anyone assist me on this problem?

um, that entirely depends on what wheel size you are running. If you have stock wheels then no because they are 16's or 15's.

They would work if you had a 17in wheel to go along with it, but they are a little too tall for my taste 225-45 would be a little better

i'm runing a 17x7 wheel with +40 offset...i currently have 205/40/17 but the 2 on the front are bald...he only wants 30 for 2 with 75% tread left...

205/40 has virtually no sidewall. I'd stay away from those. To put it in perspective, the 225/50's would be 2.4" taller.
