A Centerforce Dual Friction clutch will work on the CA with slight modifications. The holes for the bolts are slightly off so the holes needed to be drilled out a little bit, and the nubs on the clutch that go in the little holes line the cluth up will have to be cut off. Other than this the clutch lines up and works fine. It is designed for 240 and 280 Z cars and K series motors. The clutch will hold over 350lbs of torque. Hadn't heard much on clutches that work for this motor so just thought I would share the wealth.

The part number for this Centerforce cluth is: DFS83402

Enjoy the new torque!

so the cover fastening bolt holes ....don't line upand the locating dowels don't line up.... but "Other than this the clutch lines up" ? what else is there to *not* line up ?I take it the splines on the disc match, clutch diameter same and the cover clears the bell housingI'd imagine pedal effort is typical "CF dual friction" soft thanx for the tipbtw, posted below, spec CA clutches availablelocal clutch outfits can build up your stock unit too

SPEC is now making clutches specifically for the CA18DET, so while this is good information, there's a better way to go now. Thanks though :).

Yup.... search for a post made by me. I was the first to get a SPEC clutch. It was 285 shipped from enjuku for a stage 1.

Btw... I think I am going to sell it anyway. Still in the box. My stock clutch is pretty good for now. I should have bought the stage 3, which I want now, when I had the chance. 285 to your door!

Also... the part numbers and specs are on Specs website for the clutches!

Yea, I called Enjuku Racing and they said they can get you SPEC. Their dealer is really good to work with, especially if you have a custom application.
