Found an 84 zx turbo parts car. Whats it worth?

I am going to look at an 84 zx turbo parts car. Supposedly it is running, it just doesn't have a windshield. What is the MAX i should pay? And what would be a wise offer?

Really, it depends on what condition it is in, and what parts you need. Is the body good or rusted out? How many miles?

I could use:

The aspirator fans
Rear view mirrors
Seats
Antenna motor
the fuel sender
and a few other things.

I am going to check it out tomorrow night. It sounds like the hood flipped up and cracked the window, but other than that still runs. I don't know what mileage

What's it worth to you? If you plan to simply use it as parts, the scrap value is probably around $200 for metal. If you plan to sell off a good drivetrain it's easily worth twice that.

I think the guy wants $250 for it. I was thinking that if it is in terrible condition then just take the parts that I need and scrap the rest. If it is in "okay" condition then I might just replace the windshield and see if I can get it running reliably.
