Lucky me. Both are in the Sacramento area less than 10 miles from home. I used both a few times when I first bought my Q to buy missing trim pieces. Got some good deals. Look me up if you ever drive the Q to either place. I'm in the local phone book.

I've never been past the order desk but the've always pulled while I wait. (I've only gotten trim pieces so far.) NOW has a large showroom full of removed parts which is one of the reasons they can sell so much online and over the phone. I believe they are the main sponsor of one of the other Infiniti web sites.
