My father shot me this e-mail about how tire resellers are selling old tires. When I say old tires I don't mean tires that have been used on a car then put back up on the rack as new. I mean sat on the rack for 6-9+ years without any use.

check this outhttp://abcnews.go.com/Video/playerIndex?id=4826897

I searched for tire age here and didn't get anything. And searching for simply "Tire" which came back with 20+ pages and I'm not shifting though all of that to be sure nobody else has posted this.

I want to hear how old our tires are on our cars and to let you guys/gals know whats up.

Mine were made in 2001 on my 240 so I gota change them.

If this topic needs moved to a different area let me know. Thanks.

I buy used tires and burn through them every 6 months (if that) :D
