found a cool car

So I found a 1973 datsun 240z that is pretty rad. The only thing wrong with it is the paint needs to be redone but other than that the car is mint. It only has 40000 miles on it and has been stored for a while now. they are asking 2500 dollars but I drove it and everything works. its pretty sweet. think I should do it.

I dont know if I can afford it right now. I really want to get it but I have to sell my 240sx first. If anyone lives near council blufffs iowa and wants the car it is at lake manawa nissan. I hope I can sell my car and bike and get it.

DO IT, DO IT. I tried to buy a 240Z that sits in the yard outside my friends neighborhood. It was brought back with them when the people moved. Its in mint condition. I have asked several times if its for sale. Everytime they say no. The car has never moved. The only thing wrong with it is the interior needs to be cleaned, good wax and a little rubbing compuond on the bumper.

When you said they wanted $2500 I figured it was at a dealer. Take them $1300 and tell them you're doing them the favor. Unless they're an antique car dealer, it's gonna hurt them more the longer they have it.

The 240z is indeed a sweet ride, but don't expect it to be like the 240sx. Old cars handle kinda weird. None the less you should still get it. Thats what modern suspension parts were made for

well like I said earlier I have no money. I only make 800 dollars per month. So unless someone decides to give me a couple grand or buy my car that I have now with a loan on it I don't think its going to happen.
