I found a GT3071R that will bolt to the stock manifold on cheapturbos.com.It is capable of 475whp, and I do not doubt as this is a good fast spooling turbo that is liked in the Evo community. Flows 46lbs/min compared to the T28s 33lbs/min.

I ran a gt3076r on my Evo and it made 23psi at 4200rpm in 3rd gear. I had no problems with that. It would hit 30+ psi and taper off to 26psi at 8000rpm. The 4g63 and sr20det motor have very simialr response.
