Found a 94 VH41DE engine/gearbox package, is this a good one to get?

Will be using this in a conversion. 94model engine/gbox out of a Cima - any problems, lack of power, hard to get parts etc for this motor, or is it a good one to go after? done 83,000km (around 50,000miles)

just make sure its sludge free by taking off one of the valve covers. If its from japan they tend to be idled a lot and have short trips...... not very good on motors!

Other than that, parts arent impossible to get, but its not going to be as easy most other Nissans....
