yo sup guyz i have found my self a 91 240sx with a about 120thousand miles the bodys in good condition an its 2,100 dollars but its an automatic an i am wondering how much it normally costs to switch the trans to a manual?

But to answer, you can probly get the parts and do it yourself for around $300-500.

LOL....Yeah I'd say around $500, if your planning on doing the work yourself that is.

Do you have a SR20DET motor in your car already? If not.... put your flame suit on..... just a suggestion.

Stock transmission should hold 400 I'd think. Maybe not for to long under harsh cicumstances but they're aren't too many aftermarket trannies I know of. Although there are things you can do to your transmission to have them last longer....but all you'd probly need is a hefty clutch.
