WE WANT THEM ALL!!!cparker wrote: Should I tell her to register hers on this site? Or are you only tracking American models?

you should always tell fellow vert owners to come to the site! nico is an extremely valuable resource for vert owners.

Oh I told them BOTH about the site, I didn't necessarily tell them to register though. Next time I will for sure!!!!!!
Thanks for making me feel better about my car still being quite rare
I'm still waiting for my boot to arrive (I've paid for it) and I can't wait to get it and get some more pics! This weekend I am replacing the antenna (so it will be shiney and chrome) and getting chrome tips for my exhaust pipes...mine were removed for some reason and are kinda ugly right now.
There are so many things I want to do for the car... but can't afford to do it ALL now...but that's okay... makes it all the more exciting as I get things done one at a time!!!!
PS...Chad I checked out your vert...WOW... it's gorgeous!!!! I absolutely LOVE the wheels!!! That is another thing I am considering changing on my vehicle!!!! I just want to find the right ones for it!!! Gunmetal huh? What's difference between Gunmetal and chrome? Would you be able to put a close up pic of those wheels on here???
Chrome is silver with a lot of shine to it, gunmetal is the 'grey' color.cparker wrote:PS...Chad I checked out your vert...WOW... it's gorgeous!!!! I absolutely LOVE the wheels!!! Hey!!! Am I reading that right and that you are in Surrey BC too?!?!? Whereabouts might I run into you in Surrey? I'm mainly in the Guildford/Fleetwood and Whalley areas.S-13 wrote:Ive seen a white one and a black one in richmond a few times near the south terminal where I work. other then that I dont really see much at all. besides mine of course
I bet originals made for Canada are in double digits by now. Anyone who drove during winter months up here (I have seen a few) have surely sent them to the grave by now. I only see a handful here in Toronto (less than 6).I was lucky. Picked my up last year from a little old lady who stored hers in doors October to April. Speedo is in KM/H, so I know it is a canadian car. Serial number ends in 9PW202803. I have registered on the forum already. Is this enough of the vin to verfiy CDN & US cars were randomly mixed together???biggie wrote:There's gotta be more than 4000 of them, just see too many women and older men driving around in them that would never be on here.
I was very lucky to find mine. To be honest with you all Im coming from an RX-7 background but recently sold my TurboII in search of something a little sexier but equally as rare. My original car target was a GC8 impreza and then the 240vert. The vert chose me I knew of 3 for sale back in april. the first one was a black 94 with 186,000 but was sold when i inquired about it. same with the 2nd i called about and a third a red 93 at a dealer had over $5,000.00 worth of damages so i stayed away.G37 wrote:i've been looking for a vert for 3 months in BC. found one only, was asking for $9,950. And now $7,950, but it's a bit rusty and need to replace drive chain. thinking of getting one from US. But not sure how?
When I found my vert is was at a dealership and he wanted $8000.00 for it (1994) and it needed a paint job and a new roof!!!G37 wrote:i've been looking for a vert for 3 months in BC. found one only, was asking for $9,950. And now $7,950, but it's a bit rusty and need to replace drive chain.
YEAH!!!! It seems there are quite a few of us girls here in Surrey that love our 240SX verts!!!!biggie wrote:Apparently I need to move up that way and 'help' ladies with their verts.
