i know its bad quality, but i cant use the forza motorsports website opt. the gamertag that i use to play my games was made without xbox live and when i try to set up xbox live it leads me into creating a whole new gamertag, so i have a gamer tag with all of my good cars/saves, and one for online.

I made the mistake you are having and made a new account for xbox live. YOU DONT NEED TOO!

Yea GT5 can take ALLOT from Forza, from the car rating system and get implemented into the racing catagories to the damage and so on...

I just HOPE GT has swaps that ACUALLY make sense..RWD RB swaps into S1Xs and not AWD crap. I hope LSXs and JZs are also options for swapping...

GT5....Forza 4 will be out by the time GT5 comes out. I wouldn't be surprised if Polyphony came out with a GT5 Prolouge 2 Limited Edition.

GT5 will deficate on Forza.

Forza perhaps, maybe even parts of Forza 2 but that's it.

Funny that both of those games incorporated damage, something that only the newest version of GT will do, way to innovate PD, but I suppose they've been busy working on the MFD in the GT-R. I'm honestly surprised so many players feel any loyalty to GT5, considering the repeated delays, having to pay for what is in effect a big demo in GT5 Prologue and the lack of anything remotely resembling an actual release date.

Forza 3 is scheduled to be released Q4 2009, but when IGN questioned Kazunori Yamauchi last year about the release date for GT5 he said,"But we're totally focused on getting the updates through for Gran Turismo 5 Prologue, and that's all we're focused on."

Focused on updating a glorified demo? Well, I suppose that's one thing the competition will never think of.

I hate what is going on with the GT series...As of now I could care less which one I buy, I just want the newest one.

Features GT5 needs to add to even compete with Forza1.......

-Some form of damage modeling-In depth livery editor-Car customization beyond changing wheels-Full featured online play (private rooms, ranked matches, voice chat, tournaments, auction house)-Proper tire grip modeling (prehaps this has been updated in prolouge?)-AI that at least trys to avoid collisions (forza isn't perfect but the AI at least makes a college effort to avoid pileups)

Now maybe they already have that stuff in the game and just haven't mentioned it yet but i'm thinking they are spending all their time making a very pretty looking car collection simulator just like GT4 was.
