So who's going?! I know I'll be there on Saturday. Check out our coverage from the final round at Irwindale last October: http://www.nicoclub.com/archives/formul ... fight.html

Yep I'm still jealous haha. I might try to go to the one in Texas this year... But Idk because its going to be right before NOPI so I'll probably be getting the Z ready for the cruise to GA.

If I can make a recommendation...

If you are there to see the drivers and cars up close and personal, GO FOR THE QUALIFYING DAY. I went to both last year. Qualifying day was essentially a ghost town, I was able to get into pits, talk to drivers and crew, pretty much all access. Competition day was a MAD HOUSE. I got there a little later than I had wanted to and it was packed to the gills. Its still all access and a fun time, just not as intimate.

I was going to look into that for Wall this year. How did you get access? I saw a bunch of guys down there with media vests on, like almost too many they were walking all over each other.

You have to be with a reputable media outlet with widespread media coverage. They're very picky with who they give access to so the bigger the publication, the better. I usually get approved through either PasMag, MotorMavens or NICO.

Considering I am 100% amateur photographer that probably won't happen. Maybe I will give it a shot with NICO creds.

Better make sure that you have Greg's approval since the editor has to apply for you.
