Yeah, that was a little disappointing. The rest of the package is awesome, IMO. I *love the styling, the power on the GT kicks *** and if the rumors are true the GT will only be mid-20s as far as price goes.

The entire is distinctly un-Ford-like...not crappy or plasticky at all.

I too am jazzed at seeing the SVT version in '06.

It's a shame Ford dropped the SVT Focus, but I've heard rumors of a positively *** kicking Mazdaspeed 3 coming out in the next two years.

I believe base on the GT is 24k or so...the Tennessean did a little review on one that was about fully loaded for around 28k I believe...

pretty good price really...I wish they'd have put a 6 speed in there though...guess they're holding out on everthing for the Cobra...but they could've given us another Mach 1! that was a neat car!
