WILL THESE INTERCOOLERS WORK AS A FRONT MOUNT? I CAN GET THEM BRAND NEW FOR DIRT CHEAP, FLEET PRICING BABY, AND THEY ARE RATED UP TO 1000HP. HAS ANYONE TRIED IT? DOES ANYONE THINK IT'LL WORK?

LIKE $150. WE HAVE A LARGE FLEET OF 700+ VEHICLES AND MOST ARE FORDS SO WE GET GOOD DISCOUNTS. THEY ONLY PROBLEM I SEE IS IT BLOCKING ALITTLE TOO MUCH OF THE RADIATOR IF YOU ARE NOT USING ANY ELECTRIC FANS.

That thing is huge! Not to be a downer but I doubt anything that tall could fit without dragging on the groung or pokeing out through the nose cowl. Look at the last pic from turboford.com

It would be great if it fits but you would have to do some serious measuring to be sure ;)

holy sh$t that thing is huge. For $150 i'll give it a whirl? I bet I could make it fit. Do you have any measurments?

can always cut the core in half and make two. just need to make tanks and inlet /outlet.

The measurements are1999 Ford Powerstroke diesel, 39" x 18" x 2.5", 3" I/O

so cut it in half and have it rewelded with new intanks to make it 39x9x5. now that is an interesting idea :)

so sell the other off or get a mandral u bend and run it back the other way and keep the factory intake manifold?
