I ran across this on Forbes.com....it seems they may be a little late on the tuner phenom but at least it's getting some mention.

I think we've not yet reached the full potential of tuning but more importantly, with the hike in oil prices, I'm about to reopen my study on increasing gas mileage with performance. Just like my Junior science fair project, I doubt my theories will ever reach a tangible engine because the Lincdog gets pretty good gas mileage as is but I'm planning on doing some major mods. If I work up the numbers and they fit, maybe I'll donate the appropriate performance parts to someone with a stock engine and we'll go from there.

Anyway, let's get through Halloween and the election before bringing any new monsters to life.
