Ahh, good question! It was late when I posted and I forgot about that.iwk2much wrote:How about the rears?
Ya, there's a lot of unanswered questions that are kind of important before someone will drop that kind of money I'm sure.iwk2much wrote:Has anyone signed up? So far I have not heard back on follow-up questions.
True, but in my experience in other boards, once you subscribe the default setting is to automatically subscribe to the topic with a reply. That way the people who have little to no experience in a forum are able to be updated on the activity of the topic they replied to. It also helps keep the board more active and the users engaged in other topics/threads as well.Ilya wrote:That is correct, that isn't the default setting, and honestly (especially on this forum where we don't have that many posts) I've never subscribed. However, if I was trying to gather interest for my business I'd make it a point to check in once day at least and just go to the main section to see if my thread had a new post.
Same here seen it happen on other platforms as well, but I still think we could minimize the disappearance of OP's if we could make the subscribe feature active by default on our boards. Users can always unsubscribe from the topic using the link that is provided on the email they receive.Ilya wrote:It's been a while since he posted...my guess is this, like most mods for these cars, will not come to fruition. I've been around the M forums (this one and the Y50 one) a long time now...seen this happen many times.
Hey I'm pretty active tooIlya wrote:Back to the setting: I understand it would be useful for people who only post a couple of times a month/year...but this would be killer for the admin staff as we post in almost every single thread. Same for some of our more active members like Debonair, etc.
I have the Stillen drilled and slotted rotors on non-sport calipers. I drive aggressively and they work great for me. The factory rotors warp way to quickly if you have an aggressive driving style.dagreat1 wrote:I do need to replace my pads and rotors. If this doesn't pan out where should I look?
