Im getting ready to buy a Greddy Rs BOV.And Im going to weld the flange to my greddy hotpipe.So i will be left with that huge hole on the stock SMIC.And i cant find a vacuum plug that big.What did you guys with aftermarket BOV's do about that hole.Its 1 1/4"

i got the hole welded shut.

Well looks like im going to have to just get it welded,I just hate removing the sidemount. But you gotta do what you gotta to.Thanks for the replys guys.

i found all sorts of nice rubber plugs and other goodies. if i remember right i did most of my shopping for little goodies at ACE, NAPA, and Advance Discount Auto Parts.

run to the hardware store and get expanding plug. (rubber plug with a bolt through it with a washer and nut on the other end, squeezes rubber plug and expands) get one that just fits inside the hole, and it will expand by turning bolt. crank until it is good and tight then crack open a beer.

i found a plastic cap to a empty soda bottle.. just plugged it in there with a clamp.. havent had problems lol

lol i found something from my garage plugged it up and duct taped it haha works fine but plan to fix it later

i got my swap done by heavy throttle and had the greddy fmic put in, it came with a black rubber piece that hose clamped over the hole... i want to tig it up after i practice tig'ing for a bit, i havent done it in over a year...
