Im installing a front mount on my 92 240 and I was wondering if i dont reinstall the front bumper will it mess with the way the front bumper cover fits?WIll it make it have gap's and just sit funny on the car.Or will look the exact same on the outside with or without it??

you will have to hack some parts away in the back of the cover, but it is no big deal, just bust out the dremel and cut and test fit.

When I cut my factory aero bumper for the FMIC it made me cry

I assume your talking about the bumper support though (the big arse metal bit). If your going with a front mount kit like blitz or greddy, you'll have to cut some off the back of it which takes forever with a dremel. If your doing a custom front mount, you can make it fit with minimal/no cutting as long as you pick the right sized core.

i personally consider driving without a bumper a bad idea.

I'm assuming he didn't install the the re-bar (big piece of metal behind bumoer cover). I drove with mine off for the summer aswell and i did notice a little bit of sagging of the bumper because of the lack of support i guess. I'm definetly trimming it and putting it back on though, Greddy front mounts are not cheap and having that rebar will save that front mount in case someone backs into you in a parking lot.
