Hey guys, I have a couple questions I would like to get answered before I buy.

(1) how to you prepare the part for painting, and how to you prepare it for installation onto the car?

I'm having my local body shop paint and install it and wanted to let them know of any special precedure for painting polyurethane.

(2) Is it hard to install? Ive heard it uses like tape. is there a special way to prepare the piece before attaching it to my car?

(3) where can I get a stillen license plate frame? Ive heard they come with a part like that but cant find them on stillen's web site.

thanks for the future help!

btw they said they would charge me $119 for paint and installation, is that a decent price?

Make sure they prime the @#$@# thing and clean it really well. My stupid body shop didn't prime my partand when I asked them why they said it was because I didn't aske them to.

Idiots.

The instructions say to Clean it well among other things...but you cantell from the instructions that the Cleaning is the most important part.

As far as priming...I thinkthe instructions are a little vague..althoughany good bodyshop should know how to prepare a part...you'd think.

The instructions say..."any primer may be used" it doesn't say..."HEY DUMMIES...PRIME THIS PART NOW" LOL
