For those with rear strut tower bars, question for S14

How much space is between the top of the bar and the bottom of the speaker/rear tray?

I just installed the nismo ones that go above the rear tray. There's about 1.5 inches space from the bottom of the bar. The bar is about an inch, so from the top there's about 2.5 inches.

i don't think i ever seen a underbar for the s14....

i have the JIC cf rear bar, so i had to make a custom tray. it was kindof a pain to do with the weather being hot, and sitting in the back seat trying to get all the measurements rights. then buy some speaker cover carpet.

i dont think theres enough room to fit a bar under the oem tray.

he means the Cusco bar...its a little harder to put in from what i hear...only down side to the Nismo bar is that if/when you want to adjust the damping on your coils and the adjustment knobs are on the top...yeah no go with the Nismo bar blocking the way.
