Anyone ever watch the Australian series "Bush mechanics"? Abbos used home remedies to replace brake pads and damaged suspensions.

When I first saw the title of the video I thought they actually had a wood wheel on the trailer, the tree dragging wasn't at all what I expected.

Saw this for the first time in a Hollywood movie called "The World's Fastest Indian." Where exactly the same thing is done.

If you pull over and continually wet the wood every few miles, it works pretty good and doesn't even hurt the pavement.

My uncle used to do this if he ever got more then one flat out in the woods when he was tracking down lost cows...

If you think about it, sled rails were used in cultures that didn't discover the wheel just like that all over the world.

Solution:
Oil the wood with heavy gear old. Include small chip of magnesium.

I wonder how far he drove with it? I guess police enforcement in Russia is poor.

At 37 years of age, my problem is that I am GETTING a spare tire. Keeping the wood wet is still important, though.

Tito's got fat beets.
