How are your alignment specs? Did you use camber kits?

I'm lowered 2.25"-2.50" on Tanabe coilovers. No aftermarket camber/toe/control arms. I'm able to get everything back in spec except for the front camber which is -1.9° and -2.2°.

I'm lowered 1.5 inches. Rear with Megan adjustable toe arm to zero degree camber. Front to -1.0 using SPC adjustable camber arm.

that's not absolutely terrible, but I think i'd like to put on the camber kits because I'm a stickler for things being in spec. Rears weren't an issue though it seems, without a kit.

Thanks for the info. This will help with budgeting for the parts needed :)

How's the quality of the Megan arms? I've never bought any Megan products but understand that they're on the cheaper side of things.

The finished product looked very good. The thickness of the metal - both the arm and the mounting flange appears comparable to the stock static arm. Fit and finish gets a thumbs up from me.

I wish the SPC arms got me closer to zero camber. It only gave me .75 degree back - almost not worth replacing the stock arm - since it was aluminum and weighed less.

So the front isn't worth getting? Only the rear?

I paid $336 for the SPC arm. I'm not sure how much tire life is saved by having -1 degree camber vs -1.75, not sure if it pencils out (also a -1 camber is out of spec according to this alignment sheet - specs are 0 to -.5). To me, it wasn't worth it.

I've been meaning to call SPC to find out of they sell a different adjustable pivot ball that can give you that extra 10 MM or so needed to get you to spec(or more if you want to go lower) but haven't had a chance to do so. There is plenty of room, that SPC A-arm really needs to be re-engineered for our platform. I used the same A-arm (same part number from 7 years ago) for my M45, it gave enough adjustability.

I'm not sure of the OEM alignment spec of the M37 but I think most cars' range is something like -1.2 to +.3 or something like that. If that's the case, the .75 degree of adjustment getting you to -1.0 is enough to get you into spec. Also, a little bit of negative camber will help with handling as it provides a bigger contact patch as the car leans into the turn.

I should be getting my BC coil overs installed when I get back to the States next month and from what I've been reading & searching, there have been no issues with these from other owners with no aftermarket camber/toe/control arms.

If anybody know anything different, let me know, thanks fellas.

Post up your alignment sheet when you get it and let us know how much your drop is.
