hey guys. i haven't been on here in a bit.. but i'm back. previously.. nissan claimed they would buy my car back with all the problems.. instead they fixed everything. I got a new exhuast.. new rotors.. new speakers.. new heatshield.. and new slave cylinder for my clutch pedal. The car is back to normal for the most part besdies the brakes sqealing and center arm rest making creaky noises. I'm really happy i sitll have the car i LOVE LOVE LOVE it.. but not it's problems. So for any of u guys suffering like me.. it really works to call up nissan headquarters and fight the case. So as soon as i get some money.. i'm gonna go back to modding the car. a sway bar looks like it's gonna be next..

yo dudethat is really good to hear. I have literlally have same problems that you have but I have couple more things. I have contacted headquarters for it but they did Sh*t. How did you claim your case?

For sure guys. I'm happy I kept the car.. I got into my friend's 08 accord coupe and the first thing i noticed was the overly complicated and poorly lit display. Then there was teh hideous steering and handling. I'm not sure.. since I'm not that old and people won't take me seriously.. I had to have my dad take care of the yelling. He demanded to speak to management and kept calling and calling till they got tired. Hopetriumphs.. i had warped rotors.. a broken exhuast.. a blown speaker.. broke heatshield.. awfully loud clutch pedal.. all in the course of a few months. I'm not sure if i forgot anything lol.. but i'm here to stay. i'm reallllyyy happy.. hondas just aren't my type lol..

Wow, Im sorry to hear of all your woes with this car, but kudos to you and your dad sticking it out and being the kind of consumer who we need more of. People are so complacent and/or just don't care anymore about getting what they pay for and it is because of that I beleive businesses 9in general) have become complacent about providing excellent customer service. If more people stuck to their guns with their complaints, I think Quality Assurance would improve.

Im sorry again about your car woes, but Im so happy you got it worked out and things are starting to work out now. I understand your passion and love for the A/C as well. I adore the hell out of my car and when something has gone wrong (minute in nature) i have been so upset. lol.

I never got this upset about my Corvette. lol... I am truly in love with this A/C and it's nice tohave a place like this to read everyone's stories and adoration for their A/C's as well, Congrats on your persistence, which sounds like it paid off.

Good luck in the future with the car as well.
