i ran across a few pics that i thought everyone here might find interesting....

i figure for around $8000 you can do the swap and be pushing around 500-600hp @ the crank....ive got a few things going on so i cant exactly do this myself but according to my investment portfolio if all goes according to plan i will have enough to do it by this time next year...the catch is convincing my wife to let me do it....

LOL if you only knew my wife...currently ive already modded my J slightly...cams,intake,catback,injectors,ecu...next ill probably port and polish the head and port match the intakes...and possibly a valve body job on the transmission...and as far as me getting to work on time i dont take my J i ride with a buddy to the heliport and then we fly the rest of the way to the rig....

oh and what one could do for his front blinkers would be to rewire the corner(parking lights) to be turn signals and place amber bulbs...other ways ive seen it done are to have a bulb in the corner of the opening yet leaving room for airflow...what im curious about is whether or not a FMIC would fit in front thus eliminating the need for side mount and keeping your turn signals

Part of the reason side mounts are used is the realitive ease of running the pipes. Not much room down there and with 2 turbos, it's a plumbing nightmare.

those are pretty small intercoolers, you could probably get even more HP with a Greddy intercooler or what not

Just where are you going to put larger intercoolers?

And, you don't get hp from intercoolers. You just don't lose as much from the heat. You can also have too large of an intercooler and have too much of a presure drop and take too long to spool up the turbos.
