I'm still a noob on Nico so i dont know if somebody tried this yet but i got a 92 Q and found a nice 1996 Q45t gold clock. I swaped it with ease this is how it looks. plus i got a wood ashtray but where the switches were was not compatable so i couldnt go wood around the automatic shifter just the ashtray.

Nice I think the connectors might be different but obvliously you worked you made it work, The center console window switches are removable so you can run back and get them, your should bolt right up.

actually the whole thing was a plug and play but the wires in the back behind the clock were hard to put back in due to 94-96 clock being a slightly bit bigger just a tiny bit not much but i had to really take my time thats all. i love the new clock because you dont need to adjust it manually like the black clock, when you plug it in you turn it either way and the little motor in the 94-96 clock turns the hands. i think its worth the upgrade when you have spare time

Your swap was easy? Mine was a PITA. I had to mess around with the wood kit on the dash and cut my hands to shreds playing with that damn clock. And i was just replacing mine with another black one.
I hope it's a long time before I have to go in there again.
