Is it just me or did this happen to everyone? After putting the CA in my fast back, my pop up lights stopped working... they just stay in the up position... If anyone has dealt with this, would you please lend a hand?

mine work fine too... I'd have to agree with tim. Fuses or wiring is where your problem is!

Putting the CA in has nothing to do with the electrical side of the cars harness. Usually its a bad ground for the lights.

Yeah, did you try playing with the button? Mine rarely automatically go up or down anymore, I have to manually do them.

And sometimes they still don't go down, I have to hit the button to down, then barely turn the off-parking-on stalk towards park but not actually to park and it magically goes down (wtf ??), lol

I tried the button many times... and nadda. Lemme recall what happened.. maybe this could give you an idea... Before the swap everything was fine ( except the engine ) then the engine blew so the car was sitting around for 3 months... Then after the swap we tried to start the engine but the battery was dead... so we charged the battery... goto start the motor but instead of the motor turning over, the headlights go up... I thought I hit the button but I hit it again and again but it wont go down... so for the time being i have them disconnected for Sleepy eyes... So could there be a ground that came on the engine or a relay some where that i need to check... the guy who installed the motor said it was a normal thing... i guess he is wrong

turning on the headlights is suppoesd to make the motors go up, check all wiring related to headlights and the headlight motors, and their fuses/relays. if one of the signals to the headlight motors got triggered perma-on it'll do that (it'll think the lights are always on possibly)

also check that the headlight stalk and swithc work correctly

The motors are probabally fine. He's probabally got a bad relay/fuse somewhere.

my popups work most of the time... sometimes they will go sleepy too... its wierd... the guy I bought the car wasn't the greatest as far as wiring goes... even tho he was a senior EET student
