-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This night I got a 10 point ticket for racing and I fooking wasnt!!!!!!!! It was about 4am in the morning. I work at nights so this is like 4pm for you daytime people. I was going to Palmer with a friend that needed a ride. I was at 15th and Ingra, light turned green I took off next to me was a red Celica and a black chrysler...dont know what it was, I looked over at the Celica at about 13th or 12th and I noticed a cop right behind him with his side bright *** light on the car, I thought.....what did he do? Then right at 9th a cop that was right behind me hits his lights. I pull over and he asked for my lic/reg. I gave it to him and he goes back to his ride........... He comes back and asked me why I was racing that other guy!!!! I said I wasnt racing anyone and he said that the other officer said that we were doing 75 in between 15th and 12th! That is BS!!!!!!! I told him this is a 4cyl car and that there is no way that I could have been going that fast and that I wasnt trying to race anyone. He told me that I have a large exhaust and that I have a manitory court date in 5 days. I then asked him what if any speed the other officer clocked me at and he couldnt answer the question. He said that the other officer "thought that we were going 75". No radar at all!@!!!!!!!!!

I need your guys help! This is a 10 point ticket and I will lose my license if it goes through!

where are you located? what were you driving? sounds like you need a lawyer.

Sounds to me like the cop can't prove anything if he doesnt even know for sure what your speed was. Where's the proof of the racing? Get an attorney. As of now and from what you have posted, it doesn't look like anything can stick.

It seem like they confused you with someone else.

get a lawyer.Many charge less than the usual retainer for defending tickets.

Get a lawyer. The system can be beaten, but it takes a little time and energy. Ask for those cops' training certificates and radar sheets in court. If they can't produce those or don't show up in court, you win.

everyones already spoken my advice: get a lawyerhe will take car of it for you, at a large price though...
