Like I said man, I wasn't hatin AT ALL. To each his own. The freakin' car rocks, and mad props to the madmen at Full Race.
But I can say emphatically that my car (in the sig. file) would do excellent in any drag, drift, auto-X, or time attack (or hell, the Ultimate Street Car Challenge, which includes a CAR SHOW). Behind all the "custom audio and chrome/polish" is a full drift-spec suspension, from pillow camber arms, front and rear pillow upper links, pillow toe rods, pillow tension rods, subframe crossmember bushings, LCA's and anti-roll bars (the front of which was custom modified to clear the oil pan), front and rear strut braces, front power brace, as well as adjustable tie rods and rod ends, and JIC Magic's best coilovers, the FLT-A2. The entire chassis has been stitch-welded and the car rolls on staggered Volks with plenty of Azenis traction. And on the performance side, I would think my twin HKS GT-RS to be an excellent choice for drift, auto-X, and time attack, much more so (IMHO) than a single BIG turbo (which makes me think big power/big lag drag set-up). Add a little direct port kit to my chromed engine, and some slicks, and that little show car with lots of stereo would be doing mid 9-second passes in the 1/4-mile. As it sits right now, it's done a flat 11-second pass at its current trim. If I *wanted* to mess up my pretty paint and body work, the car could certainly hold it's own...
But then again, why? That's what my 1998 KA-T is for...daily driving, slashing and ragging, and beating 911's and old guys driving Corvettes. The beauty of having two S14's! I took my buddy for a ride today---he owns a new body style Corvette. I scared him with the little 2.4 liter!
