Ok so about 3 months ago i completed a front conversion to Q45 brakes cross drilled and slotted rotors and SS brake lines.

Just recently every time i start the car the first few pushes of the brake pedal are ridiculously stiff and as i ease into the brakes the pedal almost falls or skips into the regular firmness. I only really have the problem at the beginning when i start driving and i have no idea what it is or where to begin. I've had someone guess that it is the vacuum but im not sure.

Thanks in advance,

Nick

Sounds to me like the brake booster is giving out.Somewhere on here there is a small write-up on how to test the booster. I fail to recollect of hand how to do it.
