Well guys, I have decided to keep my S-14!!! It is just too nice for me to sale, and I couldn't do any better imho unless I buy the M3 or new Z, and I am not going to lock myself into $400 payments for the next 6yrs.

I am expecting to drop some serious cash in her now, lets say about 10k.

Debating on doing suspension or turbo first...probably going to do turbo though.......hehe.

Just though I would share the good news guys!!!!

You're gonna have one of the baddest s-14's in the country before long! Good decision!

This wouldn't have anything to do with the long talk you spoke about that you had with Daunt, would it? ;)

Actually it really didnt', lol. I have been thinking long and hard about this decision. I just realized what I really had on my hands, and I would be kicking myself in my a@@ if I let her go. Plus with my new job, I am gonna have a really nice cashflow for aftermarket products.

Well maybe the talk with Daunt did indeed help my decision a lil, but just a lil bit. : )

i think you made a good decision, a new car would be nice but i think it would be alot funner to put the money in your 240, good luck with whatever you do to your car:)

Rubin,

There are a couple different ways to go about it. One would be to get your car ready for serious power and then go turbo. Stiffen the chassis (hehe, I said "stiff"), get big brakes, build the suspension, LSD!!!!, etc.

Or you could go turbo first and drive conservatively until the rest of the car can take what you're giving it.

My feeling is that there is no point in making big power if you can't get it to the ground. At the very least, I would get an LSD and basic brake upgrades before going to 400 rwhp. 'Cause you know you're gonna use it!
