Great article, and agree 100%. If you're too irresponsible to curtail your gamb|ing, it's not the government's responsibility to save you from your own stupidity.

Then again, I support legalization of drugs, prostitution, legalized civil unions, and abolition of a LOT of nanny-state statutes. <*gasp*>

With that said, and because I can't post in one of Howie's threads without kicking him in the taint, here ya go:

Howie, I'm gonna remind you of this line from the article next time you whine about some CEO's paycheck:

Ever.

Government needs to stay out of peoples lives including the bedroom, the wedding, the doctor's office.

As far as a CEO's paycheck, they should be paying more than me

I support online gamb|ing but there still are some tough areas out there to work on.

EG what if I have 7 logins at an 8 person table.

That could be solved by checking IP addresses on all logins, not allowing more than one per IP.

Reminds me also, I heard the other day that phones are actually recording GPS data into any image taken, and software on the market can access this information. Will make FB stalking alot easier. FB could implement GPS stripping filters on their upload app though. Something they should consider.

Easily avoidable in regards to the IP login. Yeah was the uproar something to do with IPhones?
