What RPM does your car idle at?

RPM at idle is up to you depending on what you set it to.

meaning set it, with the idle control screw right?

exactly. But make sure your car is running normal without any vacuum leaks or anything first. My idle is at 800-900rpm and it very steady even with the SAFC. Cold Idles are not even a problem anymore.
