Pae.

I have the Front NISSAN grill emblem and SKYLINE door sill plates if you need them. I sold my G a few months back and have these parts left.

I have that first aide kit still in my GTO now.

There is nothing wrong to be a perfectionist. If you like to change everything out so be it. Good for you. You do it for yourself. If I was to transfer my car to Skyline I would probably do the same.

IDK, when it comes to rebadging/debadging/cloning, it comes down to personal preference as to how far to take it.

Some would say that if you don't move the steering wheel over, then you shouldn't rebadge it. To me, that's taking it too far.
I think it's OK to just do the outside if you want.
But, again, just my opinion.....barely worth .02 :gapteeth:

I did all the exterior badges, Front marker lights, door sills and first aid kit on mine. I did tinted overlays on the tails so I didn't look into swaping them out too.

It is your car. Customize it to the level you want. FTH's Not everyone has the same style and taste. Thats why there is such a HUGE aftermarket for cars.

I have leared over the years to appriciate the work that someone put in their car, no mater what the style. Up to a point. Now if you have gone all F&F on the car, I may pass judgement on you. :chuckle:

Back in the '70s, my brother traded in a ''76 Camaro that he had "badged" to be a Z28. The people that bought it ended up suing the dealership over it. You would think any moron that worked for a Chevy dealership would have known that they didn't make a Z28 in '76.

It was good to get the best of a dealership for a change. ;)

Personally, I would try & replace all items that had Infiniti with items that now had Nissan including the first aid kit......but, I don't have one to begin with... :gapteeth:
Or, maybe I would just take the Infiniti one out and spend the $20 on beerz!!

So, you would move the steering wheel over and replace the steering wheel logo too?
What is your definition of doing it right?? Evidently, mine differs from yours which is OK.
But, you ask why you would do it if you didn't do it rite.
This is just answering the question based on your definition of rite....not mine.
1. I would be more concerned about doing the exterior than the interior. Personally, I like the looks of the exterior Skyline badging all by itself.
2. I prefer my steering wheel right where it is. Moving it would cost lots of $$$
3. $$$
