New to this forum.

Anyone else install footwell LED strips into their 2014/2015 Rogue for ambient lighting? Curious what power source you tap into and how you went about doing so. If anyone knows of a step by step instruction guide or video link to how to do this that would be great.

May not have tried hard enough, but I couldn't find much on this topic under the bulb replacement/LED header or elsewhere on the forum, or even YouTube.

I was looking at something like this, they also sale a product that you can easily draw power right from your fuse box

Hello, I just installed these on my 2015 Rogue and it is easy. I got the instructions from the dealers parts department. Also you will need the accessory harness connector from Nissan. Make sure you have a drill small enough to make a hole in the center storage box because that's where the control knob has to be mounted. Just go over the instructions a few times to make sure you understand and can locate everything. I also consulted the FSM Manual for my Rogue on how to remove the enter console but I did not have to remove it. I only popped off the cover over the shift selector enough( no shift knob removal) to access the inside and I removed the cup holder to mount the controller. Sounds like a lot but it really was easy. Additionally make sure you have some trim removal tools so you don't scratch and knick up your interior pieces. Take your time and stay patient when doing this and it should only take about 1 to 2 hours.

Ken
