I know a lot of you guys have video game systems, and a lot of you like football. So how many of you guys are gonna check out ESPN NFL 2K5? It's gonna be $20, it comes out wednesday and it's looking to be the best football game ever.

I also know a lot of you play Madden, which has the huge owner mode and all that. well just compare the two. And hell, its only $20.

I'd rather pay the extra 20 bucks for madden. But if you want to save 20 bucks you can do that too. :]

anybody ever play Mutant League Football on the Genesis?

my claim to fame is having a game where I scored over 300 points on my brother's 52:D

we had some games close to 1000 combined points though, it got crazy with all the fumbling and quick TD returns...

man I miss that game.:(

For the freaking life of me I -CANNOT- figure out how football works. I've been to Ram's games, and just stared at the field in confusion.

I know they take the ball to one side as far as they can, and they knock each other over to prevent it. And they can throw it, kick it.... but... I still dont get it.

I need Football for Dummies.

Don't worry. It's mostly just a display of male hormones with undertones of h0m0-erotic showcasing.

Funny assessment. Actually, my wife explained a lot of football to me. I took the ball and ran with it to lear more (no pun intended), but she explained a lot of it to me. I was just never a fan before we started dating.

Ive never felt that way about football, but I have looked at wrestling that way. No offense to any school athletes here, but the professional stuff really does look like softcore gay sex.

Real wrestling is quite a bit different in principle, though I can see the perception...
