ok ok . So first of all, this tool goes to universal technical insitute(UTI). And what does that say to me? Mickey mouse classes is what. The kid is getting an associate degree for looking at cars all day and working on deisel engines. This kid claims he worked at the infiniti dealership and said all the infiniti cars a "mother F****** trash" This kid just wrecked his honda civic SI 2002 into a wall going 95 mph. that should have killed him for two reasons, one he should have been on the track while racing, and two its a honda, and yes their SUV's have O.K ratings, but a civic into a wall at 95mph , wow, the kid should be dead.

well he starts talking sh** about infiniti and nissan as a company because i drive a j30 ( and keep in mind i only met this kid because he is my girlfriend's friend's boyfriend. yes complicated line, but i still met the fag.) and starts going off on the g35 sedan blah blah blah,

well to make this story end, the kid just was being a complete douche bag and i had to vent to you guys at 430 am. heh thanks guys.

that is exactly why i'm doing the TT swap, so the riced out car owners that are out there can get a taste of thier b.s.

my theory is that, it is easy to change enything on hondas and so on, but it is also easy to change anything on a bicycle..... and from what i last heard, bicycles are not fast....... oh oh, and, if you hit a wall while riding a bicycle at 90mph, (i'll just leave it at that)......

ask him if he knows how his V-crap works......., that would be fun..... keep in mind that nissan has a better technology since 1990 on thier VG series, nissan uses valve timing, where it retards or advances the timing by up to 15 degrees according to the throttle, to give you more torque at low speeds and high rpm..... and finally, the only way to get the kid to not talk to you anymore (out of embarrassment) is to let him sit in the passanger seat while you are flooring it..........

they call my J.... the rice hunter

I've beaten riced civics and Integras in my J. The downside of the J is that its is heavy and lacks low end torque, but if you floor the gas and stay on it. you will easily surpass Civics and Integras. The HICAS helps tremondously on curved roads, unlike front drivers with torque steer I never have to touch the brakes.

On an aside the Saab 9-5 wagon, I have is even more fun to beat "ricers" with. Firstly its a sleeper, secondly when the turbo kicks in, the car literally rockets, minor modifications to boost the turbo boost are cheap and easy to do. A few months back, I had no issues keeping up with a Porsche 911.

Dudes. This matters? We buy, drive, maintain and miss when gone the cars we like. We don't live long enough to waste this kind of time.

I wouldn't even acknowledge what the kid has to say, he is obviously in his own little "honda" world.

Simply put, the J30 will smoke any SI from a stop or on the highway, all while having a BOSE system, leather, etc. Easily 10x more comfortable of a ride, all while staying in front, not much more else to say

well Robert Bowen works on q45's and i asked him to check out a j30 ECU to see if he could mod it,

Ill try to get his info, i believe he is still on NICO and he is a friend of Wes.

I did notice a difference, but nothing like when you Mod the Ecu in a turbo car.

Give me a few days, and ill track him down( i have been really bussy with the holidays and extra work)

PS> the ECU is somewhat cheaper than the JWT version.

Send me an email so i can email you back the Info

Actually our ECU for the J is as good as JWT but not BETTER like the Q45 ECU is simply because we dont have a J to test and tune it on....

IT will make as much HP as JWT though

FYI robert has been incommunicado for a while now, so good luck getting ahold of him.!

damn damn damn

Those civic punks make me smile every time they "race" on 401 Ontario highway. driverdriver knows how many of those "Ferrary wannabies" are on Ontario roads , adding a muffler with a big exhaust pipe makes the civic being a "Ferrary" and the driver look like jerk.

Man, just do not get into any arguments with the kid. Remember that any self respecting guy would not bother talking ****. I would just smile being you.

These 2 cars are just in different categories.

As a separate story.

Recently when I was in NY I was on the passenger seat of my bosses car Lexus RX400h and one punk on some "sporty" car, I do not remember with one, might be one of the hondas , BMW 330 or lexus was trying to race us. Well RX400h is a crossover not a sporty sedan and looks exactly like RX330. But the guy sucked our exhaust pipe big time. You should have seen his face on the next traffic light. Well he did not know that besides 3.3L engine RX400h has 2 more electic ones that I think almost doubles it's torque. So.. 1 st. you never know what might be under the hood. 2. If the kid does not talk he can pretend he is smart. 3. Talking **** only makes one look like a jerk. He does not understand this now and probably will never understand.

Well, Not to add coal too the fire or defend the idiot kids trash talking but I am not sure what the J will run in the 1/4 mile stock but my last 3 cars and stock 1/4 mile times are below

00' Honda Civic SI, 15.802' Honda Civic SI, 16.003, SVT Focus, 15.7>> ( On Spray with other goodies 14.2) I posted the time slip on automotive forums.com but I can't locate it. The J can't hang with this one. . . But it is still a focus. . .
