Folding Rear Seat Back in G35 Coupe

Hi,

I have a Infiniti G35 2006 Coupe and for some reasons the trunk is not opening. I'm assuming some electrical problem which I could get it fixed by taking it to my dealer. However, I need to get the stuff out of the trunk. I was thinking i can get the rear seat back folded so I can access the trunk, apparently i cant find a way to do it and even the owner's car manual is in the trunk.

Any help on this is appreciated.

Sorry we missed this...if you still need to get in there, you can fold the rear seat down and use the manual latch on the trunk lid.

do you have the valet trunk switch in the glove box flipped? idk if the G's have them and mine is too far away to go check right now so its just a thought

check in the cracks between the seat and back rest part. there should be a red thing you can pull to open it from inside the car.
