Foglight conversion

Has anyone tried/thought about converting the turn signals to foglights and making the corner lights into parking/turn signals? Any idea how much work this would be?

The lenses for the current turn signals would probably pretty useless as actual fog lights. I'm not positive, just guessing. I suppose you'd have to find the wires for both sets of lights, cut them, and then switch them around. I don't know how the wires run, so I have no idea how much digging and sorting would be involved.

And I don't know what kind of bulbs the turn signals run, but you could just get some white ones, I'd guess. They probably wouldn't be super bright, but they would look like fogs.

yes, and its not worth it. Some guy on cardomain did it, but he is "idle" and hasnt responded to my questions about it for a year. But ya, you just switch the wires around. Speaking of fog ligth convo. My aftermarket fogs have blue lenses. Is there a way that I can make them clear so they look OEM? I want to put yellow h3 bulbs inside. it will look nice with my hid kit

chances are the whole lens itself is blue, all throughout. only way to "change" it, would be to swap out the whole lens.

I think you could probably drop some coin on Hella, PIAA, etc. brand fogs. Maybe google 'HID fog lights' or something.
