Foglamps W/O Headlamps on?!?!? (i've already searched)

I've got a '93 Altima SE. The OEM foglights only work when the headlamps are on. I want to know if there is anyone out there who has re-wired their systems to allow the foglamps to come on by themselves or with the markers. I'm going to get the wiring diagram today to try and find a way. But if anyone else has some experience, that would be helpful.
