foggy oxidzed scratches

okey dokey. I havent posted on here for awhile.

first off. My head lights where yellow but I got the yellow off by using Mothers Mag and aluminum ploish. got the yellow worked great. but now my head lights look all foggy and the same thing with my corner lights.

Second. My Hood is all Oxidzed. I dont know how to get rid of it. But I have also heard that Oxidzed paint will come back again?

Third. I got my car with the with the chameleon paint job. (you know green blue and purple) I have scratches from punk kids and whom ever else. so I am wondering how to get the scratches out with out painting the car.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU KNOW ANY OF THESE!!
