Fog Lights

I have a 2007 G35x Sedan, and was looking to get some fog lights. Now on my bumper I have two black mesh spots for them but with no fog lights in there. Either I cut out two holes and kind of make my own section for them, or buy a whole new bumper with fog light sections for them. I wanted to get some input on what I should do. The mesh on my car where the fogs belong seems to be a hard plastic, not actually mesh. So not sure where to start. Thank you for the feedback and here are some pictures of what I am talking about.
