FOG LIGHTS

Hey, I am a new member to this forum. I have been looking over posts on this forum for about a month. Some good stuff. One of my foglights was not working so I decided to replace the bulb. First, I switched the working foglight on to the other side to make sure that the wires were all good and it worked on both sides. So, I concluded that it was the bulb. I replaced the bulb and hooked up the wires and everything and screwed the fog light in. I went to see if the fog light worked and now the light on the instrument cluster doesn't turn on either. Before, one fog light used to turn on and the switch inside would work. Now, both the fog lights don't work and neither does the switch (the light on the switch doesn't turn on either). The fuses are fine. I'm not sure what to do next.
