Sooo I had some HIDs in my fogs n the ballast has gone bad. I am tired of spending money on HID kits for my fogs. I want a quality brand that will last. What brand do you guys use and what are your experiences with them like ? I looked at the morimoto brand, but they are 150. Tryna see if I can get opinions from people with the same car before I she'll out another 150 for some more lights.

i paid about $100 for a kensun HID kit from ebay.....they came with a 2 year warranty and replace ANYTHING, most of the time no questions asked(ballast went bad, then i wanted to see if they'll send out bulbs)....i had these installed in my Avalon, but i have a brand new set in the cut that fits the Ms fog(installing soon)...but quick question, i remember reading something about NOT picking 55w HID for fogs...whats the deal with that?

I think it's because it gets too hot for the plastic n will melt it. Housing will crumble

If you just want the coolness, you can always go with LED fogs like me. I use high powered LED from v-leds and I really like them.

Those look hot. But I have 6K headlights. I want the brightness of the HIDs and the color.
