fog lights replacement

Hi there, just want to know how to remove the grill covering the bolts for the fog lights? i want to change my bulbs but couldnt figure out how to remove that plastic covering beside the foglights. i have a 99.5 thanks

Reach under the bumper and press the tabs that are holding it in place.

If you can't see them, just slide under there with a flashlight and you should be able to see them. They are just held on by pressure.
