Fog lights not working

Only the right side was working so I figured it was just a burnt out bulb on the left and it was. I decided to get a pair of yellow h3 bulbs to replace both. I put the right side in first, turned it on and it worked fine. I turned it off, I screwed everything back in on both fog lights (with new bulbs) and go to turn it on, now both doesn't work and the little light on the fog light switch/button doesn't work either.

I checked the fuse box under the hood and theres 2 relays (RR FOG & FOG LAMP) ...which one is it? How do I check them? And where can I purchase them?
