fog lights not working

im dumb, where's my fuse for my fog lights, or is it a relay? if that doesn't fix it , what else could be the problem?

the fuse looks fine, its not broken so now what could be the problem?

no one knows or has had this problem before? these are also aftermarket fog lights that were already on the car when i bought it. bad wiring or something maybe?
