hi i want to know is nissan rogue 2011 came with the cables for fog ligths installed from fabric

There is no guarantee that the fog light wiring harness will be there. The only way to know for sure is to look behind the bumper for the harness and open up the hood and locate the relay.
Assuming everything is there, it's a simple matter to install the lights and replace the headlamp/turn signal switch for one with the fog light switch.
Check out the official Rogue FAQ sticky at the top of this forum. There is a section on fog lights. The part no's may have changed for 2011, you will have to verify with the dealer.

The factory fog lamp wires were there on my 2011.
I purchased a new (Genuine Nissan) kit on ebay from a Nissan dealer in Illinois. (Great Service)
Just go onto ebay and search for Rogue Foglights. The parts man from the dealer lists his number and if you call him he'll give you all the information you need.
It took less than an hour to install the lights and switch working in my driveway.
The relay is there. You'll have to replace the headlight switch on the steering column. The new switch will come with the kit and you need to tell them if you have automatic headlights or not. That will determine which switch they send.
I can't believe that these foglamps are not standard equipment. They make a big difference when driving and the cars look ugly without them.
