Fog Lights as running Lights

Does anyone know if there is anything i can do on the 2007 Maxima SL to use the foglights with the parking lights without having to use the headlights? Is there some kind of relay that has to be changed or something???? If anyone can give me an answer on this it would be great.....

I think you should be able to cut the power wire off the fog lamp and splice it into the wire for the parking lights. But at that point you'd no longer have any control over the fog lights. They would just come on with the parking lights.
