so i bought a cheap ebay hid kit, and it worked great for months. Then i purchases higher quality bulbs, and a lower temp, and my bulbs started flickering and died.

i got a new ballast, a nice 1, and new bulbs, and they work when i manually connect them to the battery, but they dont work when i connect them to the fog connector. i even tried stock bulbs and neither fogs turn on.

is there a fuse for it? if so where? ik theres a fuse box near the battery, and then where the steering column is, but where's the fuse specifically for fog lights?

Not sure but I had a slightly similar issue... Check your plug connectors. I had accidentally pushed one of the cable connecter plugs in too far when connecting a new set of ballasts and there was actually NO true connection. Obviously if you connect it directly to the battery you know you're making a connection but not positively sure if your connectors are touching there plugs inside ( make any sense)!! :gotme good luck!
